  • Door Leaf

    2 No. 50mm thick door leaf made with 2 x 1.0mm pre-lacquered Zintec steel plates, powder coated dark grey.

    Leaf chamber - Filled with bonded to each leaf fibreglass material, offering both thermal 20W/m2K and acoustic resistance

    2 x steel strengthening structural supports running through each leaf

    15mm anti-jemmy lip to all edges

    Reinforcement panel for door closer.

    8 x heavy duty lift-off hinges that offer security and also easy installation

    2.0mm thick pre-lacquered Zintec steel powder coated cold-rolled steel frame

    Expandable frame mechanism that achieves sizes between 1780mm to 1840

    Full pre -fitted weather seal to all sides of the frame

    Stainless steel threshold - Removable if required

  • Locking System

    CE Marked Exidor 294A/SD 2 point locking panic bar and Exidor 296 Panic Latch fitted as standard

    Shoot Bolt to top and bottom of frame

    4 x anti-jemmy hinge bolts

    CE Marked Exidor 302 Outside access knob can be fitted for outside opening.
